When applying for authorization of a plant protection product, note that according to the guidance document on work-sharing in the Northern Zone for the authorisation of plant protection products (June 2021), it is now a requirement to complete a confidentiality claim by using the template in Appendix 10 (of the EU Guidance document on zonal evaluation and mutual recognition, withdrawal and amendment of authorisations under Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 (SANCO/13169/2010)).
